Just wanted to post some new pics -

I finished up these two little journals and I have one more to finish.

I really love this size and the weathered look and feel to these journals.

I found these little books at the market - very worn and falling apart.

I carefully removed the covers - restored all of the places the paper was falling off - sanded and sealed the sides - and replaced the interior front and back cover with a heavy colored Canson paper.

Sewn onto leather straps - with a french link stitch - adhered to the front and back cover -and then hand stitched with an "x" in linen thread.

I think these little journals would make a perfect guestbook for an upcoming vintage inspired wedding!
